I have always loved vision boarding, it's always been one of my favourite things to do. I've been vision boarding since I was in college. When I was a kid I used to do it as mind mapping versions. I've always been very intentional in what I want to create on my life.

I've  created my own vision boarding method and I'd love to help you deepen your visions as well.

This isn't just about a vision board. This is an entire process to help guide you to living your most empowered and fulfilling life and having to see it visually and in a clear way.

This process is unlike other vision boards that I've done in the past, where you might put lot of fantasies  on the board because you think should have them or because they're really big or whatever you reason may be, and they're not necessarily what's inherently really guiding for you. Those tend to either cause stress over time the more you look at them or you find yourself just demendening them and not looking at them after a little bit of time.

This process is completely different. It's a very conscious process that has even part from yoga and mindfulness in it. In this process you will activate both sides of your brain to gain clarity, ease and balance. You will access your heart's desires through a meditation that will help you clarify your true desires in all areas of your life.
